By creating an account or using LedgerPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
LedgerPro provides AI-assisted parsing, categorization, and reporting of financial statements you upload. Outputs (including tax estimates) are informational and are not professional financial, accounting, or tax advice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload data you do not have the right to use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time from Billing; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
Contact support@ledgerpro.online within 14 days of a charge for a full refund if the product isn't right for you.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that categorization or tax estimates are error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email.
