LedgerPro ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered expense tracking service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

- Account information: email address and authentication details.
- Statement data: transactions you upload (date, description, amount).
- Usage data: anonymized analytics about how the product is used.
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect or store your online banking credentials. We do not connect to your bank on your behalf.

- To run the service: parse, categorize, and display your transactions
- To improve product quality and reliability
- To process billing through our payment provider
5. Sharing
We share data only with the sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, authentication, payments, AI categorization, email). We do not sell your data.
6. Retention
You can delete your transactions and account at any time from Settings. Deleted data is purged from active systems shortly after deletion.
7. Your rights
